Orleton continues the next chapter in our West End story. It reflects years spent understanding this location, its rhythm and its community, and our enduring belief in everything that makes it home. There’s simply no place like it.

At one with nature
The arrival experience at Orleton is both shaped and defined by its connection to nature. Mature fig trees within and adjacent to Davies Park informed the building’s design, with the architectural form carefully positioned to acknowledge these significant landscape elements.
Residents arrive via a landscaped pathway that winds through gardens and open green space, providing a gradual transition from the street to home.
At the end of this winding green pathway, a lightweight entry structure marks the entrance to Orleton. Inspired by Brisbane’s historic pergolas, gazebos and park pavilions, it provides a distinctive sense of arrival. Fine screening elements filter the abundant natural light throughout the day, adding depth and texture.
